Rob Hoover brings a unique and diverse background to our team, enriched with 26 years of experience as a physical therapist across multiple healthcare settings, including several years as a Sports Medicine Director. As an athletic trainer certified for 28 years, he's worked with local high schools and universities, facilitating contracts for athletic training coverage, ensuring improved patient outcomes. Rob not only excelled in marketing medical equipment to healthcare facilities, but also in training therapists on the use of modalities. A respected figure in academia, he served as a Clinical Education Coordinator at the University of Cincinnati for 4 years, focusing on Athletic Training education.

A Lebanon resident for the past 20 years, Rob is a dedicated family man to his wife Cindy, and their two daughters, Reilly and Lex. Beyond his professional commitments, he's been coaching soccer for the past 15 years, with his latest 8-year tenure as a Director of Coaching. His management skills were instrumental in coordinating training sessions, hiring new coaches, and marketing the multiple programs the club had to offer. Rob's diverse experience even extends to his service as a member of the Air National Guard for 8 years. Now transitioning into real estate, he's ready to use his unique skill set to serve clients with the same dedication and excellence that marked his previous roles.
