Cody Woodard is excited to join Keller Williams where he will focus on serving buyers, sellers and investors as he has these past 13 years of his real estate career. Cody is passionate about exceeding his clients’ expectations as they partner to buy, sell and invest in real estate within their communities.
Cody received his real estate license in 2008. Since then, he has worked with private investors, buyers, and sellers to ensure their needs are met. Putting his client first has been paramount in Cody’s business these past 13 years. He has purchased and rehabbed many properties, so he knows best practices around investing for optimal return. He was a successful property manager of several residential properties and managed several mobile home parks in the Cincinnati area. Cody’s passion is real estate and educating others on this, which for many families, is their largest investment. He is a member of the Butler Warren Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Ohio Association of Realtors.
Cody grew up in Utah where he earned his computer programming degree. He was a programmer for Reynolds and Reynolds in Dayton, Ohio for 12 years prior to becoming a realtor. In his spare time, he is passionate about travelling with his wife and 3 boys around the country in pursuit of the lowest golf score possible, preferably any courses near the beach. Cody’s oldest son plays Varsity golf for Moeller and his younger boys are proud Lebanon Warriors. Cody and his wife helped to create junior golf programs teaching kids in the community about the sport they love. He has also coached basketball teams within youth leagues. Their family created a backpack ministry to serve the children in the mobile home parks he managed, ensuring all were ready for school to begin with proper supplies each year. Cody is thrilled to join the team as they continue to focus on exceeding expectations for all clients in the Dayton & Cincinnati areas.
